The lobby and Every room smells like smoke. The bathrooms smell very moldy. The bathroom fan goes on when you turn on the light and is super loud. The room AC is very loud and doesn’t cool very well for all the noise it makes. Stay elsewhere.

The staff was very accommodating. The one disappointment was it claimed to have bar. The”bar” turned out buying a serving size bottle behind the reception desk. There was an area that had been a bar but n longer even resembled a bar. The staff provided glasses for our wine and tried hard to make it work. I have nothing but good things to say about effort to make our stay pleasant.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!BED BUGS!!! I went to sleep and woke up with bites all over my arms. So, I promptly looked for a sign of bedbugs but found nothing. However the second night I acquired more bites and did a full strip down of the sheets, blankets, and the mattress protector and sure enough. A bed bug. When I went to the front desk to ask for plastic bags, the receptionist was exceedingly rude when I requested more than 2 as I had a lot of luggage. Secondly, when I spoke to the manager, he was also terribly rude. I asked for a refund but said he would only give me one night. I said that wouldn’t be acceptable and that I had been dealing with it the past two nights and only found proof on the second day. And thank goodness I did. He argued he would only refund once they called an inspector and confirmed that there was in fact a bed bug. However I showed him the proof and said that I could show him the bed bug in the room if the picture wasn’t enough yet he refused. Finally I brought up that I would be writing a negative review on this hotel to make sure others don’t fall into this unfortunate circumstance and then he became immediately more negotiable. However he said he would not give us a refund BECAUSE we would still write a negative review and that wouldn’t help HIM. I was dumbfounded at his response and asked him if he was serious as, I didn’t believe his response. After persisting they finally issued a “refund” but I have yet to receive payment back on my credit card.

After checking out after a 6 night stay, the staff told the front desk employee that there were bed bugs on the same floor I was staying in. Previously in the week I asked the front seat staff what their capacity was at and they said very low. Wouldn’t the staff book us into a different area of the hotel or at least caution guests before checking in? I want a refund. That’s disgusting

When we looked at hotel online it said it had a bar and restauraunt , there was no bar or restaurant the bar was a small fridge with cans of beer in it. Bed was uncomfortable. Employees were nice and helpful. Wont stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. The only downside was the room needs updates like taking care of peeling wall paper. The location was great, right off the highway.

We have staphylococcus Clarion Point several times but this was our last. Beds are slept out both are beds were low and on trampoline condition another item that is indicative of attention to detail there was only 1 sheet of facial tissue… Holiday Inn is our choice now

Good option for a short stay. Great breakfast option (fresh waffles!!) Rooms smell and that is the only issue we found. Overall good and budget friendly option.

The property itself was very clean and felt super safe. To top it off they are very honest , and have a wonderful staff. I say this because I had left my AirPods on the hotel bed when I checked out. I live in New York City and unfortunately I was already boarding my flight to go back home when I noticed my AirPods missing. I called the hotel immediately and they had actually located my AirPods and shipped it out to me. This was a blessing indeed and I am truly thankful for them and their honesty. I will definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay. I was very pleased with the hotel and staff. My only criticism is about the room darkening drapes - they would not stay closed! Luckily I happened to have a clip with me so I could keep the light out and kept people from looking into my room (I was on the first floor)>
