Beautifully recently renovated home just steps from the water awaits you for a relaxed getaway on quaint Jamestown Island. Only minutes from Newport and the stunning Rhode Island south coast beaches, this home will provide you with the perfect location to explore or just chill on the deck overlooking Narraganset Bay, the Plum Beach lighthouse, and Jamestown bridge. Jamestown offers a quiet rural atmosphere with an abundance of open spaces and lovely views providing an excellent location for walking or riding bicycles. The small village center offers many restaurants with al fresco dining, shopping, and water taxi to historic Newport.

This professionally landscaped home features open concept living with an updated fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, large deck with retractable awning for eating or sunning, and parking for 2 vehicles. Linens and bedding are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Air conditioning.

Clean, comfortable place to stay while we visited the surrounding sites. Loved the outdoor deck but only got to use it once because of rain. Highly recommend this home. The neighborhood is so nice! Easy check in and check out.

The place was lovely and we could see the water from the deck. The living space was comfortable and the largest bedroom was very spacious. The house was nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was a good communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

We loved our stay in Jamestown! This was a beautiful house with a great location!! Clean and well appointed with everything we needed! The deck outside was great for enjoying beautiful sunsets! Perfect for the weekend!

My boyfriend, coworker and I stayed here for a wedding in Newport! Cute house, great location as it was close to a lot of places! Owners are very nice and easy to communicate with! Highly recommended!

We have had a number of short stays at this property. Great location with partial bay view and in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood bordering Narraganset Bay. Well maintained and equipped. Reasonably priced

Another quick mid-winter visit

We've left positive reviews of this property in the past and nothing has changed. While of course a mid-winter stay is likely to be cold with less daylight, you still get the coastal view and quick access to Newport to the east or Narragansett to the west.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house. Great location. ( very close to the water) with views of the water. We spent most of our time enjoying the lovely deck. House was clean and included everything we needed. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Close and easy drive to Newport. Owners communication was wonderful! Highly recommend

Lovely property in quiet Jamestown

Lovely quaint house in the quiet island of Jamestown -- and a quick walk down the hill to the beach. Lauren & Casey are wonderful hosts: quick and easy communication, and they even personally prepped the house for our arrival! Made for a nice weekend retreat during the Labor Day holiday weekend, as we got to enjoy the hustle & bustle of Newport, while still having a nice quiet place to come back home to at the end of the day. Thank you to our lovely hosts!! Highly recommended :)

Very clean house with everything a person could need. We stayed during extreme heat conditions and the whole house was very comfortable with zone controlled AC.Sunsets from the deck were awesome in this quiet neighborhood. We would return again.
