"This cabin was amazing. Very clean and she thought of everything. I like to watch TV with a blanket and most places don't have them. She did. Very quaint and quiet. We got up early to see wildlife and saw 5 deer. The screened porch is awesome to sit and chill. I highly recommend especially if you like a little seclusion. Thanks so much!!!"

New Build! Log Cabin with Hot Tub in Wintergreen

"Loved this for a Girls' weekend in the Fall. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is we did have an issue with the hot tub. We booked it for that reason and checked prior to arriving that it was working and would be ready. We were told it was and it was....not. Whomever checked didn't look closely and it was in sleep mode and took several hours to warm up. Pretty darn frustrating when you're staying only two nights and it was unuseable for the first. Also, it's a beautiful space will a well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture overall. However, bring an allen wrench in your first aid kit if using the bunk beds because they were ALL LOOSE and in serious need of tightening and without anytime someone moves, the other person feels it and hears the squeaks. There are NO full length mirrors--none in closets or bedrooms-- and with only three bathrooms and 6 bedrooms with 9 people-- you need more. Also, the bathtubs do not have anti-slip mats and are incredibly slippery. If you have little ones or unstable adults, recommend bringing one yourself.Two hairdryers were also missing the safety backs and suck in hair. It's a beautiful location and overall comfortable space but needs some quality checks and a few adjustments for large groups. That being said, we would 1000% stay here again but bring all of the above items."

"What a completely relaxing cabin! We felt very secluded and private. The road up to the cabin was a little tricky the first time but once we got used to it, it was fine. The cabin was well stocked. Sr. Ho’s humble pie was a great recommendation with plenty of bang for the buck. Would gladly visit again!"

"The cabin, property with trails and the Rockfish River running through property. All were perfection! The cabin is beautiful and spacious. Dog friendly! Cabin was very clean. Plenty of supplies for kitchen and bath. John; our host, was incredible. Prompt response always to any questions I had. He checked in on us through messages on Vrbo. Everything was exactly as described. We were able to grill out one night. Had a bon fire in the firepit after. So relaxing, peaceful and quiet. We will definitely rent this cabin again . Thank you John for everything!"
