"My husband and I wanted to explore the Ste. Genevieve area over our anniversary weekend and we found this sweet little secluded property for our weekend stay. It was so serene and peaceful. We hiked the nearby trails in Hawn State Park, went to the nearby Charleville Brewery and Winery, and toured the historic homes of downtown Ste. Gen. The property is beautiful if you are looking for a quiet, private place and check in and check out was easy. Everything you needed was provided (Wifi, TV, soaps, towels, bedding, extra blankets, board games, snacks, coffee, water bottles, full size refridgerator and kitchen if you decide to cook) with some extra items to purchase (premium snacks, breakfast freezer items, ice cream, firewood). The property owner was super sweet and even provided us a small anniversary cake and some prosecco to celebrate. We would stay here again. Very clean and new. Thank you, Erin, for making our stay so enjoyable."

"Bathroom floor was dirty. Bugs on window sill & dead beetle on “office” chair. Draperies hanging off the hooks so had to fix a few in order to close. Only plus was washcloths & towels were new & nice shower head!"

"Everything was great minus the children running through the halls yelling all through the night and the messes that they made during breakfast because they were unsupervised by parents. Which is on the parents not the hotel. Otherwise the place is great as always. "

"All we can say is WOW! What a fun home away from home. We had so much fun! Pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, fire pit but the most fun was the huge kitchen table we were able to sit as a family. It was a perfect place for our big family to celebrate our son’s wedding! "

"Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville."
