" The location was beautiful RIGHT on the river and overall the house was charming. The heat warmed the house despite single digit temps outside but we really utilized the awesom ewood atove that threw lots of heat. There was plenty of wood to burn. One downside was i hadnt saved the access info for entry to the house & due to remote lication we had no signal to get the code so i had ro drive 10 min down the road to get the door code & wifi password from an email! The kitchen was stocked with condiments & coffee & plenty of cookware. Beds were fine, not 5 star but comfortable enough. I would recommend & we may try to come back to this house in the summer!Thank you!"

"The house itself was wonderful and easy to access. Communication with Vacasa, the host, was ineffective or nonexistent. I contacted the host in advance with questions, both answers were incorrect. I communicated before we left with the host, and there was no response.Other than the communication issues, the house was very clean, spacious and enjoyable."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house has all the essentials plus so many thoughtful extras that made our visit comfortable and stress-free. Everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The house has a lot of space and was perfect for our group. The amenities made it easy to settle in right away. Communication was smooth and responsive as well.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to stay!"

"Host was very responsive even late into the night. Clean rooms and adequate everything; towels, blankets, paper towels, etc... home away from home. Clear instructions on arrival and check out. "

"Karen was the most amazing host and gave us great instructions ahead of coming. She was attentive all throughout our stay too if we needed anything. The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay again. "

"The host Casey is very responsive which we truly appreciated, but "An Oasis", this is not. The house is worn and the bathrooms were not cleaned to the level they should have been. Casey offered to have the cleaning service return, but with a house full of kids, we didn't want the disruption. The master bedroom tv on the top floor didn't work, which we didn't realize until our first evening, so we were without a tv the first night. However Casey had it replaced the next morning which we appreciated. The coffee maker didn't work, and the fireplace flue didn't function properly, so we quickly had to douse our beautiful fire with water to put it out, as smoke started entering the house - we couldn't enjoy a fire. And the firepit area outside wasn't shoveled so that area could not be used. I just think owners should check that everything works in their home before new renters arrive. Hopefully all these items will be fixed/replaced before the next set of renters arrive. The location of the home is perfect! Truly only a 5 minute drive to Stratton Mountain. And again, Casey was very responsive which was great."
