"When we arrived the host had not given us the access code so we had to wait on the cold for then to see it called and messages to send it to us. We had asked multiple times prior to that before we arrived how to check in but they never sent the code. The cabin was not what we expected. It was cluttered with exposed pipes in the bathroom. For the price I'd have expected a lot more. "

"Couldn't be better! Outstanding! We had our family holiday ski trip from Dec 25-29th,2025. The amenities were second to none. The hot tub, sauna and fire pit made the winter warm! The house was clean comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen was extremely well appointed (sharp knives!). The staples available (coffee, tea, oil, spices etc.) were high quality and the best I've ever experienced in a short term rental. The beds and bedding were very comfortable! Most immortality the hosts were very attentive in all their effort leading up to and throughout our stay. Their preparations and thoughtful decor were amazing, making this home a magical place! Can't wait to stay again! "

"Photos of the property are slightly misleading when it comes to seclusion, but if you go into it knowing that, it is everything you wanted and more! Other reviews have stated this as well so we had an idea when we got there. Beautiful property with a pond right out your back porch. So cozy and comfortable. Inside is just as it looks in the photos. Perfectly heated and ready to go hot tub for those cold nights! Cute walking bridge to the property over a little stream and winding staircase to get into the treehouse so fun, but could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. 2 heat sources, including a heat blown fireplace that will keep you as warm as can be with great ambiance! The host was attentive and helpful. Had a VERY small issue in figuring out how to work the fireplace and TV (no fault of the host) but he immediately rectified our incompetence and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful, cozy place to stay by yourself or with a significant other! Very cute town near ski resort, just be aware that not everything is open on certain days. It’s not far from Manchester which a little bit bigger of a town with more food choices and Orvis! We would definitely go back!! "

"I was "sold" & excited when I saw the pictures online bc the barn looked really neat. Although the barn was a neat concept, the pictures ARE NOT accurate, it is not as updated as pictured & it was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I now understand the non-refundable policy bc what you see online is definitely NOT what you walked into when you opened the door & they don't want to have to give people their back. Although we had fun, the accommodations were VERY misleading & disappointing. "

"Inside of home was awesome! Slept eight adults and three children very comfortably. We brought two chairs for extra seating for meals. A large pasta pot and cutting board would be great. Overall lovely home thank you for sharing it with us!"
