"This hotel was not my choice. The day of my arrival at Jacksonville, NY, I was informed that the hotel that I booked about a month ago was overbooked and Expidia found another hotel and they were making a new reservation at My Place Hotel in Jacksonville. This actually look like a cheap motel. I will never pick that for me and my family. The reservation took more than one and half hour to complete and the staff look like robot. Not a good experience at all, very disappointed at Expidia"
"The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable the tv had limited channel’s but that’s ok the breakfast was really good and it made a wonderful start to the morning, sadly the pool was closed because of weather but it looked clean, the staff both in the morning and at night were helpful and kind, I will 100% stay again if I had to go back out that way, best part it was a fraction of the price I would have payed elsewhere."
"Staff Gabby was very Helpful, friendly and attentive. Property is clean, swimming pool lobby and room. Location close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend."
