"This hotel was not my choice. The day of my arrival at Jacksonville, NY, I was informed that the hotel that I booked about a month ago was overbooked and Expidia found another hotel and they were making a new reservation at My Place Hotel in Jacksonville. This actually look like a cheap motel. I will never pick that for me and my family. The reservation took more than one and half hour to complete and the staff look like robot. Not a good experience at all, very disappointed at Expidia"
