It is important when you are remodeling a property, not to cancel the key services for your customers. I understand that the property will become or it is already a property that belongs to MARRIOTT, it has not being unveiled but you can see it, starting for the Wi-Fi password. So yesterday they cancel the breakfast without notifying the customers at the time of check in, and that is very low of the hotel, not to provide an option for the customer to have breakfast, as the service it is included in the rate you are paying. Did they give you a credit for that? Of course not, they charge the full amount of the rate, like they provided you all the services...No ethical at all!!!
