Hilton Garden Inn Jackson Downtown
King size bed was not comfortable. I requested additional pillows but was told there were no pillows available. Worst was no ventilation in the bathroom. Zero. Very humid and uncomfortable. Staff was very kind.

Old Capitol Inn
Staff was phenomenal. Rooms were gorgeous. It was quiet and peaceful. with a bar and breakfast. LOVVEEE this place. I dont know why anyone would want to stay at a regular hotel.

Imperial Suites - Adults Only
Overall, the property was impressive and the staff went above and beyond. It is an adult hotel and serves that purpose but, a garbage pale in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, some extra toilet paper and towels would be nice too. Especially in the jacuzzi room. Better lightening … the ambience is nice ...

Staybridge Suites Jackson by IHG
The pool was closed because it was off-season. The room was tidy, but I noticed a few dead bugs. Still, as they say, dead bugs are better than live bugs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and very convenient.
