Hilton Garden Inn Jackson Downtown
King size bed was not comfortable. I requested additional pillows but was told there were no pillows available. Worst was no ventilation in the bathroom. Zero. Very humid and uncomfortable. Staff was very kind.

Imperial Suites - Adults Only
Overall, the property was impressive and the staff went above and beyond. It is an adult hotel and serves that purpose but, a garbage pale in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, some extra toilet paper and towels would be nice too. Especially in the jacuzzi room. Better lightening … the ambience is nice ...

I have a family of 7 & the room we had was spacious for us all. There was a small stain on 1 out of the 8 pillows that were on the bed. I just simply removed the pillow casing off of it. 1 of the towels had a stsin as well. A stain that wouldn't come out if you washed it. We simply just didn't use ...
