"Room was nice and clean, but the bed was too soft, therefore not comfortable or good for my back. Breakfast was ok. Ive had better breakfasts at other hotels."

"We have stayed here many times (maybe 10?) and it’s always been pretty good. However, we were recently there for the Luke Combs concert and it was absolutely horrible. Why? We stayed at the room at the end nearest the train tracks and the train must’ve gone by eight times. For the love of God it was horrendous. Constantly woken up and I’m a VERY heavy sleeper. This on top of the constant thumping foot falls in the room above us. Were they running a marathon?! There cannot be any insulation or sound deadening between floors. I’m still exhausted just thinking of it!"

"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."

"Amazing breakfast! Room is ample, spacious, and well appointed. Beds are comfortable, split bathroom is ideal. This is our go-to place to stay in Columbus. Only problem was that the new maid walked in on me while I was using the bathroom, and she didn’t speak English to understand when I asked her to please leave. Reported it to the management who apologized profusely and appreciated me letting them know. "
