Let me first state the POOR rating is for EXPEDIA and not Homewood Suites. The hotel was amazing! Clean, friendly helpful staff , great restaurants/shops close by. Very nice Happy Hour w wine/beer/cheese/snacks as well as breakfast. My complaint is with EXPEDIA. I paid for a room w 2 queen beds. (We did a girls trip to see a concert) We were given a room w a king bed and sofa bed. When I call the front desk (they were very kind) he explained to me that EXPEDIA had changed my reservation to a king room. Since I booked through a third party, Homewood could not give me any type of discount. Lesson learned: NEVER book through EXPEDIA.

The staff were exceptional, extremely nice extremely attentive to everything. The only issue is during the weekend that I came down there their Wi-Fi was down, and although the Wi-Fi was down, I didn't have a problem with that, but there was absolutely no service in the building during my entire stay and that is the only complaint that I've had but everything else was great. Breakfast was perfect.

Loved the spacious layout of the room with a kitchen, loving, and sleeping area. Kitchen had toasters and microwave, plates and crockery, and everything to make a multi day stay comfortable. The barhroom was a great size and everything worked perfectly. Great stay and really pleasant front desk team.

Hotel was clean, nicely decorated, the room we booked was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful especially for being free. Really convenient free parking as well. Would stay here again if ever in the area.
