"They recently started charging for parking when booked through 3rd party app. Very disappointing. I’ve stayed here 5-6 times in last year. Will start looking for a different hotel that doesn’t charge for parking. "

"This place was excellent, top notch. Ate at the restaurant, dinner and free breakfast, both good. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Bathroom was clean, very nice. Staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The location was perfect for the volleyball tournament we were attending at the Convention Center. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and very nice. There were added touches that were great. Really loved the valet parking so I didn't have to find parking for the tournament. They were so accommodating. The only draw back was there wasn't really any place to eat in the hotel the restaurant wasn't able to handle the crowd. "

"Super clean room and friendly service. Beds were a little squeaky—maybe not the best choice if you are a light sleeper. However, we have stayed in a lot of places in the Columbus area and this was a great value for the location. "
