"One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose...

"The rooms are extremely clean, just like the rest of the hotel. The staff is friendly and are available to assist and help with anything needed, this includes getting the best deals for transportation to and from the hotel. Breakfast buffet, gym and spa are great ! Definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking this property next time I’m in town"
