Press the lift to go down from lobby when they saw u walking towards the lift to go out. Small thoughts like greetings you when u return and leave. Comfortable beds with crisp/clean linens and towels. The room was very clean and modern. The amenity options at the front desk are a great touch with myriad options (toothbrush/razor/creams & lotions/mouthwash/etc. I will stay again when visiting Nagoya. "
