"The villa was very clean on arrival and well equipped. The pool area and gardens are lovely and well maintained and have some lovely planting. I particularly liked the different sections of the garden and thought it has been well designed.The owner was very easy to communicate with, from the moment we booked right until the end of our stay. Very responsive and attentive. "

"Our stay at this spacious accommodation had both highlights and drawbacks. The generous size of the property was perfect for our group of 15, allowing plenty of room for comfort. However, we believe it might feel cramped at full capacity of 27 guests. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that impacted our experience: 1. Hot water was only available in 2 out of the total bathrooms, and this problem remained unresolved throughout our stay despite reporting it. 2. Upon arrival, we found the jacuzzi broken and unfilled. When we inquired about it, we were directed to use the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom instead. However, using this alternative caused water to leak into the dining room below. The host's casual response that "it happens all the time" was concerning and prevented us from using this amenity further. 3. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of attentive and courteous communication from the host, especially considering the premium price of the accommodation. While we're generally easy to please, these issues, particularly the inadequate response to our concerns, fell short of our expectations for a property in this price range.
