"We have stayed at the Holiday Inn many times and plan to return next year. The staff including all services we know by name. We feel like we are family . They make us feel special. We made new friends again this year. We will miss Cleophas greatly when he retires. The hotel is always clean, there are plenty of food choices, the activities are varied , the employees are always the reason we come back and never consider any other hotels."

"I have stayed at Hotel Emporio many times and it is the superb service and attention by the staff that warrants my return to the hotel. From the bellboys and reception, to the maid service and the restaurant and pool area workers, everybody is always smiling and offering their assistance with anything that I may need or want. This serves to make my vacation stay absolutely wonderful. I particularly enjoy eating a breakfast with a beautiful view of the ocean and eating a fish or seafood dinner on the terrace of the Arrecife restaurant and admiring the starlit sky and relaxing in the tranquility of the evening. Although these highlights were somewhat interrupted, for me and the other guests, by the closure of the main buffet restaurant for two days, the staff was amazing and is to be commended in their flexibility and resilience in dealing with the uncomfortable and inconvenient situation of the restaurant painting. "The entire Thompson Hotel was excellent. The entire Hotel seems to have been upgraded. We've been staying at the hotel before it was the Thompson and it has never been as nice as it is now. Great management, great staff A wonderful establisment."

Many folks may be hesitant about the number of steps but I assure you the views make it all worth while. Large rooms with beautiful decks and a pool & happy hour bar you will not get anywhere else! Loved it all."
