"Excellent location and views of the lake"

"Easy self check in. Clean. Dont book breakfast if you dont hace car. As it is 2 mile walk along the highway."

"Nice location for daytrip to Lake Como. A bit hard to find with a car. Great with parking right outside rooms. Room was spacious and clean"

"Clean room friendly staff"

"We loved our stay here. Our host and his son were exceptionally helpful and kind, answered many of our questions about the local area, and provided a clean, quiet, comfortable stay. The larger town one bus stop away was also incredibly beautiful and nice to walk around. Would 💯 come again any time."

"We travel from Denmark to Italy. Always stay a few days in this wonderful flat! It is very tasteful decorated, very clean and it is very comfortable. The landlord is very nice, polite and helpful. It's a full TEN out of TEN!"

"Beautiful apartment and very helpful host! We had a short stay before flying home, and we enjoyed our short stay! Very clean and well stocked accommodations. Thank you for your kind help. Cathy"

"This place has the most incredible views. Everyone is so friendly and it was like going home each day. The only reason i didnt give top stars was the sleeping arrangement. We booked for 5 people and got 4 beds. Luckily our son was able to sleep with us in the big bed. "

"Very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast ,room are very big and clean"

"Our room was very comfortable and clean. Outside of the hostel"

"Very nice clean room and grounds. The breakfast and coffee very good. Good location near train. Only comment is the hotel should enforce a noise curfew as students can be load until the early morning hours."

"Friendly staff and reasonable rates in a city that is usually quite expensive. Beautiful surroundings and of course a nice pool that the kids loved."

"It was a very dirty and frankly disgusting place and the lighting at night made it even more eerie than it already was. It reminded me of an abandoned mental institute. i guess you get what you payed for. I have stayed in many hostels, some for less expensive than this, however, and this was by far the worst i’ve ever stayed in."

"Very clean and well-maintained property. Bathroom was well-stocked and cleaned regularly, my white socks stayed white through the entire stay. Extremely convenient location in the middle of the old city shopping district. Owner was easy to reach. Will be back."

"Great neighbourhood feel, very clean and easy place to stay!"

"Excellent service , Great location"

"Praktisch, unkompliziert und freundliches Personal."

"This is not a hotel in any sense. It is an apartment converted into 3 rooms. It is in a large apartment block that could feel intimidating to some people. Access is through 4 doors that need a code sent by email. It was difficult to read the instructions in Italian and difficult to find the translation."

"Excellent value and fantastic location. A bit run down, but very, very clean!"
