O atendimento da recepcionista foi muito solícito, porém a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Encontrei uma faca de plástico quebrada no chão, o que passou a impressão de que o quarto não foi totalmente limpo. Pelo preço pago, considero que foi ok. Só faço a observação de que não havia café da manhã incluído, nem ofereceram a opção de pagar à parte.

Pior noite da minha vida em um hote - bichos nojo

O quarto que recebi quando cheguei era minúsculo e muito sujo, com muito bichos, acho da madeira velha, acordei um tipo de larvas passeando pelos lençóis, quando vi esses mesmo tipo de larva/inseto estavam sobre meus pertences que deixei na mesinha e na minha mala, morri de nojo, e como era tarde e não queria assustadar a minha filha, fiquei ali horrorisada morrendo de nojo e esperando a noite passar. Foi a pior noite da minha vida em um hotel, e viajo muito a lazer e trabalho. A amanhecer fui direto na recepção e ao falar dos tais bichos, os recepcionistas indagaram que devia ser os bichos da madeira como se fosse normal, ou seja, o hotel sabe do nojo que é aquele quarto. Me mudaram para outro quarto depois de tanto eu falar e mostrar que sou uma profissional e professora em Turismo e Hospitalidade. No quarto seguinte que era melhor, a limpeza também era muito ruim, crostas de pueira nos móveis mais altos, e armários. Por fim, o hotel possui boa localização, mas é velho, descuidado. O recepcionista Caio do turno noite foi muito prestativo e a parte boa do hotel.

O hotel é pequeno, não possui elevador, garagem paga (30 reais em mar/24), apenas 7 vagas apertadas, em frente de avenida movimentada (barulho de trânsito), ar condicionado em mal estado (parece sem manutenção e limpeza). Cama boa e limpinha e bom café.
