The staff was very helpful and the location is ans value were wondeduk. My only comment is that the room i had booked was supposed to have one double bed and two twin beds and instead there was 2 double beds.

Nice staff. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lobby smell like sewer. But I’m guessing that was just a problem for that one day. I don’t think it’s like this every day. They did have a pianist play in the loby, which was very nice. And they accommodated parking with valet for 55. Which was great.

The floors in the bathroom that I stay was absolutely dirty, was sticky in the floor and they put me in the room that was under the game room. It was so noisy and they say that was normal after I complain a lot they offered to transfer me to another room I found that so disrespectful that they put me in that room knowing that it’s very loud. I can’t believe they do that to people

A única coisa negativa que me ocorreu foi na chegada e me aborreceu o suficiente para não dar a quinta estrela. Era por volta de 20h, o único local para deixar o carro com o manobrista era em um espaço de três vagas de carga e descarga logo em frente. Já tinham carros ali com o pisca-alerta ligado, esperando pelo manobrista retirá-los, claramente receberam um fluxo maior do que comportam de uma só vez. Dei umas 4 voltas na quadra, de início achei que não seria ali o local para deixar com o manobrista então tentei pela rua do lado também, e mesmo assim não consegui encostar em lugar algum. Rua bem movimentada, próxima à praia, tinha gente parando em fila dupla para esperar. No fim acabei indo jantar e nesse tempo descobri um estacionamento 24 horas praticamente na frente do hotel, que embora seja quase o dobro do valor a diária (que já achei abusiva para um hotel), me ofereceu liberdade de eu mesmo estacionar rapidamente sem depender de manobrista para chegar ou sair. Dito isso, o hotel em si é bem bonito e decorado, ótima estrutura. Cama confortável, bastante espaço pra malas, boa mesa para computador/refeições, banheiro espaçoso (inclusive o box), bem limpo. O café da manhã acho que um dos mais completos que já vi, variedade de frutas, pães, lanche, waffles, panquecas, bolos, biscoitos, inclusive uma parte somente sem glúten, além do atendimento muito gentil como um todo, não só no restaurante. Ao chegar no quarto me deparei com o cofre trancado com a porta aberta (a porta

Hotel bem localizado, a uma quadra da praia e próximo de muitos restaurantes bem avaliados. Quarto e banheiro limpíssimos e cheirosos. Café da manhã torna o hotel um excelente custo benefício. É muito variado e com reposição a todo o momento. Também jantei e as comidas estavam excelentes. Todo o time é muito educado e prestativo. Só tem uma questão que me faz avaliar se ficaria novamente - o estacionamento. Pareceu-me que o hotel é muito procurado e o time de manobristas não dá conta de tantas solicitações para guardar e retirar os veículos. Logo no check in presenciei uma discussão entre um hóspede e a recepção por causa disso e foi muito desagradável. Mas esse ponto não prejudicou a estadia ótima que tive com a minha família

Quarto muito húmido sem exaustão do vapor da banho, tivemos muito problema com a saida do hotel, pedimos ajuda com as malas e depois de 1 hora nada, consegui um carinho para fazer o transporte das malas pois tinha informado que estava com dores nas costas e precisava de ajuda, nada de ajuda, depois de muito esperar deixaram osso carro na ra lateral, o responsável por trazer o carro era o mesmo que ajudava com as malas, simplesmente deixou nossas malas na rua lateral ao lado do hotel próximo do carro

Incrível, excelente hospedagem, com uma localização excelente e ponto alto e o café da manhã delicioso. A minha única sugestão é para troca da rouparia de banho, as toalhas em específico que já estão gastas.
