Hotel honesto

Hotel com bom.custo beneficio, cama boa chuveiro bom e um café da manha muito bom tbem. Nao tem estacionamento no hotel, porem bem em frente tem um particular ao custo de 50,00 por dia. 01 unico elevador mas que da conta dos 5 andares, a area do cafe da manha pode ficar 100% cheia em hoario de pico, piscina aquecida. Nao tem servico de quarto se precisar de alguma coisa fora do horario, nem mesmo talheres, a localizacao é excelente, o hotel ja esta datado, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia, limpeza boa.

Achei o hotel com bom atendimento, e relativamente limpo. O espaço do quarto é bom, e atendeu as expectativas. Requer uma atenção quanto a insetos indesejáveis e o barulho que vem da rua. A porta faz muito barulho para fechar e trancar. Isso incomoda outros hóspedes, pois os quatros são próximos um dos outros.O elevador atendem apenas quatro pessoas.

Hotel estava bom, a piscina e o café da manhã estava excelente. Mas NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO! Pagamos mais 80 reais (40 diária) para estacionar na frente do hotel. E a água sai bem pouquinho. Por isso foi difícil de tomar banho. Só precisam saber que não tem estacionamento do hotel.

Bem decepcionada com a falta de considerações para atender necessidades do hóspede. Pedimos taças para vinho não tinha, um copo a mais pois éramos 3, também não tinha. Um abridor de vinho também não tinha. Apenas posso elogiar o funcionário Leonardo, que se esforçou e conseguiu talheres e copos descartáveis.

Ótima localização, o atendimento foi muito bom. Os funcionários sempre simpáticos. Café da manhã precisa melhorar muito. Muitos itens como pães e bolos não eram repostos e acabavam ficando velhos. Mas, creio eu, devido o hotel estar muito vazio devido o período de média temporada. As instalações internas precisam ser melhoradas principalmente no banheiro como chuveiro com pouca água e ducha higiênica com vazamento. Luz geral do quarto muito fraca. Demais itens ok.

Pontos altos: - Ótima localização. - Quarto ok no custo benefício. - Check in no horario e atendimento muito bom da recepção. Pontos negativos: - A ducha e a torneira saí pouca água. - Muitos pernilongos no quarto, levem repelente. - Tem muitos argentinos na região. Sabemos que os hotéis se preocupam com a imagem para os gringos, mas acredito que os brasileiros devem ser as prioridades também. Até os recados do hotel estão apenas em espalhol. - Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. - Na frente do hotel tem uma área de food truck com musica ao vivo nos finais de semana. Então não indico pra quem procura por silêncio.

Needs maintenance

Disappointed! A few years I stayed at this hotel and it is exactly the same. Or, worst. Maintenance doesn’t exists. The water was cold, the bathroom smells bad, the sink was clogged, the floor was dirty, my room was beside the elevator — providing us a huge noise the entire night!
