The room was great, clean, and with 3 chocolates waiting for me! Breakfast was good, with enough space for a lot of people, and the location was great, very close to the beach. The staff was welcoming, and there’s a small market nearby, so you don’t have to dine out every day of your stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Worst Nightmare !

Worst nightmare possible ! Absolutely no support from Hotels.com. We were treated terribly by the hotel staff, and the room was a complete disaster. I stay over 120 nights per year using this platform, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. What made it even worse was the total lack of respect and support from Hotels.com.

O café da manhã é muito bom, bem completo. Os funcionários são bem educados e cordiais no atendimento. Entretanto, tivemos um problema no quarto, no ralo da pia subia um odor quase que fétido, tivemos que colocar uma sacola com uma garrafa de água para que não sentíssemos o odor. Também tem uma pulseira para acessar o quarto, que em caso de perda o hospede tem que pagar 150 reais, considero um pouco abusivo, já que você chega e é obrigado a assinar um termo de reponsabilidade onde concorda em pagar o valor em caso de perda. A escolha pela pulseira é do hotel, se é cômodo e seguro para eles então o valor não deveria ser cobrado caso o hospede perca. A pulseira fica bem fixa, mas sempre há o risco. Os elevadores balançam, mas acreditamos que havia alguma reforma em andamento.

* Quarto extremamente confortável; * Equipe de recepção muito gentil; * Estacionamento com manobrista. O hotel tem um espaço do lado para estacionar temporariamente, quando vc chega, enquanto se desembarca e desce as malas, faz o check in. Um manobrista conduz seu carro até um estacionamento próximo e sempre que precisar, eles trazem seu carro. Ótimo!!!

Achei a limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar, na vdd so arrumam as camas, ficamos pisando em areia os dias todos dentro do quarto. Ponto negativo é o barulho da avenida principal e sem contar que tem uma obrar bem na frente que começa cedo a incomodar. O ponto positivo é a localização pois é proximo de tudo , inclusive praia.

Razoavel, havia reforma no andar que era impossível ficar no quarto durante o dia, um dos elevadores quebraram ai passamos a dividir o elevador com materias de construção. O quarto que me colocaram era ao lado do deposito do andar que nao é agradavel. O cafe da manha é bom mas há uma norma constrangedora de que se quisermos sair comendo o pão seria cobrado a parte. Nunca tinha visto isso em outros locais que me hospedei.
