The hotel is modern, clean, and well situated, within walking distance of public transportation and local restaurants and shops. "The hotel is very new , clean and beautiful the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel . Staff is very polite and helpful. Problem was our credit card did not work although they worked everywhere in Istanbul & the same with our friends another couple. it was a disturbing situation and our friends had to put all their cash to the hotel. They have an issue they said maybe with some cards and will try to solve it . No upgrades at Rixos no drinks only free parking for a car we don’t have "
