This hotel was a life saver. I was unexpectedly hospitalised in a nearby hospital and my husband needed somewhere to stay that was affordable. The hotel is clean and extremely comfortable and the lovely staff were always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is truly delicious and huge variety but is meant for people with large appetites. We ended up asking for smaller proportions. Thank you to this superb hotel that is such great value for money. It was a ray of happiness in an otherwise terrible situation that we found ourselves in

We stayed here one night and it was exactly what we needed for a one night stay. It was clean and cute. Breakfast was amazing and then we were off to the airport.

My first choice for a simple hotel in Istanbul

A wonderful home away from home experience

Excellent hotel. AMAZING staff.
By far the best hotel ive stayed in Istanbul. The staff are amazing. I don't just say that. The lobby is fantastic with the coffee service, breakfast is very good. The room has everything you need. Fantastic and clean. Location is excellent. Shower / bed great. The ONLY ONLY thing is we NEED to Tell the GUESTS not to Slam their Doors. Other guests said the same. The guests have To Be told. Maybe Put a sign up in Arabic and English saying NOT to slam their doors or shout at 3am. Other than that it is perfect.

Beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir otel Stayso By Cloud7. İlk defa konakladık. Küçükçiftlik park konser alanına yakın olduğu için tercih ettik.İlgi alaka en üst seviyede diyebilirim. Her konuda yardımcı olabilmek için fazlasıyla çaba gösteren bir ekibe sahip. Odalar gayet temiz ve güzeldi gayet kullnışlı dekore edilmiş. Sabah kahvaltısı harikaydı. Ayrıca tv izlemeyi sevenler için odada büyük ekran televizyon olması çok iyiydi. Herşey için çok teşekkürler Stayso by Cloud 7 ekibi.

This hotel is by far the best in the area. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff itself and their attentiveness, attention to detail and awesome customer service. I have never felt more welcome or comfortable at any other hotel. I would like to mention three staff members in particular that set the standards for what customer service and friendliness are all about… a big shout out to Seyma, Deniz and Sabahattin. All three made our experience the best!!!! I will certainly be back. I love them all!

the most cost-effective hotel in my life
It was one of the most cost-effective hotels I have stayed at. It's not a large hotel, so you can't expect shared facilities, but the rooms are clean and have all the basic room facilities. The staff's response was also excellent. I would like to stay next time if I have the opportunity, and I would like to introduce it to my friends.
