Location great, other than that it is just OK, be careful when booking standard room as they will give you a room in the basement (one room in the basement ) no windows and not livible, which you won't like and then you will have to pay extra to get another room.

OTELİM VAR AMA REZERVASYONLARI TAKİP ETMEM HAHAHA

Arkadaşımla gittiğimizde bizim rezervasyonumuzdan haberleri olmadığını söylediler. Bodrum katında bir oda varmış istersek orada kalabilirmişiz dedikleri bu. Rezervasyon takibatını bile yapamayacaksanız neden hala otel işletmeye çalışıyorsunuz ki. Ayrıca bizi karşılayan yaşlıca bir adam vardı. Kendisi duyduğu mahçubiyet sebebiyle ya da insanlığından dolayı bize kalacak yer önermeye çalıştı. Buradan ona bu nazik davranışı için teşekkür etmek isterim fakat tavsiye etmeyi asla düşünmeyeceğim tarzda bir yer. Umarım rezervasyon yapmadan önce bu yorumumu okuma fırsatınız olur.

Geç saatte geleceğimi arayıp söyleyerek otele Büyük uğraşılardan sonra 01.00’de vardım. Çünkü otel ismini değiştirmiş ancak bilgilendirme yapılmamıştı. Çift kişilik oda ödemesi yapıp yer aldığım halde odanın hazır olmadığı bahanesi ile başka bir oda verildi. Odaya çıktığımda;pislik içerisinde, eski ve kirli bir oda İle karşılaştım. Oda banyo ve tuvalet mevcut yataklar ve çarşaf pikeler dahil rezalet bir durumdaydı. Turizmin kalbi bir yerde ve muhteşem bir konumda bulunan otel maalesef bakımsızlıktan, ilgisizlikten rezil bir durumdaydı. Oda aşırı gürültü almaktaydı. Dışarının gürültüsü olduğu gibi içeri yansımaktadır. Resimler oteldeki gerçek o kötü görüntüyü yansıtmamaktadır.

Bij aankomen in hrt hotel bleek personeel te slapen hebben zelf onze sleutels moet meenemen en gezocht naar kamer. Eindelijk kamer gevonden bleek dat er iemand lag te slapen in.onzr geresveerde kamer.Wij hebben direct gezocht naar een anderr hotel en gelukkig ook gevonden en hiervoor zijn wij expedia erg dankbaar voor hulp.

Hôtel a éviter absolument !

Comment cette hôtels peut être sur le site , j'appel une personne compétente a effectué une visite surprise a cette hôtel ! Premier jours nous arrivons vers minuit, le réceptionniste nous dit nôtre chambre n'est pas disponible mais qu'il va nous installez dans une chambre familiale. Il nous donnent les clefs et lorsque nous entrons, surprise la chambre est salle les lits pas faits !! Le lendemain le réceptionniste nous transfère dans une chambre pour 3 personnes tout va bien mais le troisième jour lorsque ont rentre le soir a l'hôtel ont se rend compte que les lits n'ont pas été fait les serviettes n'ont pas été changé bref personne ne s'occupe de nôtre chambre. Quatrième jour nous demandons le matin en sortant de l'hôtel que nôtre chambre soit nettoyé... résultat en rentrant le soir... rien n'a été fait!! Cinquième jour je suis obligé d'aller a la réception pour demander des serviettes de bain et un rouleau de papier toilettes (j'ai dit dû leurs préciser que je n'avait pas a faire ça et que j'avais honte de demander) je trouve cela inadmissible !! Le sixième et dernier jour la chambre été ENFIN propre. L'hôtel est mal insonorisé, on entend le tram qui passe, les gens qui rentrent de soirée bref il n'y a aucun confort. Le personnel n'est vraiment pas professionnels et ne se sent pas concerné. Le seul point positif et qu'il est très bien situé mais cela ne rattrape pas tout le reste .

Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und der Zustand waren eine Zumutung. Alle Fugen im Bad voll verschimmelt.Matratze war nicht ausgepackt,also Folie noch drauf,jnd dann bezogen. Zimmer sehr klein mit 2 Personen und 2 Koffern.

When we arrived, the room wasn’t available so they put us in another hotel for one night. This hotel turned out to be a dump and was probably the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. When we returned the following day, our room still wasn’t available and we were told to return in an hour. This we did only to find it still wasn’t ready. We went away and returned again after another 90 minutes to find the room still wasn’t ready. This time I went to see the room only to find a guy in there with a paint roller putting emulsion on the walls. The guy on reception honestly thought it would be fine if after the painter had finished, we moved straight in. I corrected him on this misapprehension and informed him that I didn’t want to spend my holiday breathing in the smell of fresh paint. The chap on reception was barely able to speak English and so in the end, I had to contact Expedia to get them to arrange an alternative hotel. To be fair to Expedia, they did manage to sort things pretty quickly and found a better hotel a short distance away which we accepted. So in summary, I would not recommend Esra Sultan Petrol Hotel.

Ich weiss nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Mein Buchung war über expedia. Als ich dort im hotel angekommen war nachts war mein gebuchte Zimmer schon vergeben. An der rezeption sagte man mir dass ich woanders unterkunft kriegen würde und das zwei straßen weiter also mussten wir dort 2 nächte verbringen. Dort war natürlich nicht erwünscht weil wir komplett was anderes gebucht hatten als dort. Am 3 tag wo wir dann zurück an unser hotel angekommen sind, war ich so enttäuscht weil die bilder im internet nicht übereinstimmen. Die zimmern sind unsauber überall noch haare auf dem betten gewesen. Teilweise schimmel im bad. Klima hat nicht funktionert. Unser urlaub dort war sehr unangenehm nie wieder über expedia buchen. Als ich mich dann bei expedia gemeldet hab und über die sachen erzählt hab, hat expedia hotel kontaktiert da aber an der rezeption kein mensch deutsch oder englisch sprechen konnte, konnte expedia mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Einfach nur schade es war für mich albtraum.
