Room was a little worn but comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. A simple breakfast served on a delightful roof terrace. Good selection of restaurants nearby and a supermarket on the same block. A 10-mins walk to Kadikoy Metro convenient for SAW Airport and a 7-mins walk to the pier for the ferry to Eminonu and the Old City.

The service was welcoming and efficient. The room was as described and perfect for an overnight stay. Nice terrace to eat breakfast. The location is handy for the airport metro, exploring Kadıköy, and the train / boats across the water.

Very helpful staff and service. They upgraded our room for FREE with a ton of extra space and a nice view of the sea. Me and my partner had a flight the next day and didn’t want to carry our luggage with us around all day. They accommodated us by letting us keep our luggage safe with them. Walking distance to all the popular places of Kadikoy and just very great experience with their service in general.

Central location

Other than the breakfast serving lady, staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a very central location and our room had great views of Haydarpasa. The beds and linens were clean but the rest of the room and the hotel was dirty/dusty/neglected. The floors had the dust circles of things spilled in the past and then covered with dust. Window glasses, mirrors, all were very dirty/dusty. Granted they are on a busy road but still the dirt was not one day’s worth. The adhesive remnants of the carpets from pre opus years were on the floor, covered with dirt. They had left a dirty towel from the previous guest (I assumed) in the bathroom which may mean they didn’t do a very thorough job cleaning. We cleaned the bathroom before use. The linens saved the day otherwise we would not have stayed. Staff is helpful and asked every day if we wanted them to clean. The kind of cleaning needed should have been done before we got there. Overall the stairs, floors in the hallways look very neglected. Also, they don’t tell you this but you have to call them for breakfast and be on time or the breakfast lady will scold you.

Bu otelde yaşadığım deneyim maalesef çok kötüydü. Ne konfor vardı ne de huzur. Personelin tutumu profesyonel değildi; kaba ve ilgisiz davrandılar. Böyle bir yaklaşım bir otel için kesinlikle kabul edilemez. Otel çok amatörce işletiliyor. Resepsiyonda görevli kişinin sigara içtiğine şahit oldum ve resepsiyon alanı tamamen duman altındaydı. Hijyen ve misafir memnuniyeti açısından bu durum son derece rahatsız ediciydi. Bu şartlar altında otelin nasıl üç yıldızlı olduğunu gerçekten anlamak zor. Ayrıca yan odadaki müşteriler gece saat 03.00’ten sabah 05.00’e kadar ciddi şekilde gürültü yaptı. Durumu defalarca resepsiyona iletmeme rağmen hiçbir müdahale edilmedi. Bu da otelin misafir şikayetlerine karşı ne kadar duyarsız olduğunu gösteriyor. Özetle, düzensiz, konforsuz ve profesyonellikten uzak bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
