Only 2 Positives: location for me, fair price. Everything else is bad. I reserved 45m2 one bedroom apartment, but they gave me a smaller unit of 40 m2, they refused to change it. Dirty curtains and filthy toilet seat, I asked to clean it properly, they promised to do it, 2 days passed and they didn’t even I called them every day, on day 3, they said you have been in the apartment for 2 days already, and we will not clean it!!! Finally on day 4 they came and clean the toilet. Floor lamp was broken. No bed blanket, just bedsheet. We called them to bring a blanket.

Apartments are nice; Area is developing

Had a great experience at the Air Başakşehir Residence by NewInn. Was a little hesitant based on a lack of information online about the building and the area, but it worked out extremely well for my needs. The front desk clerks Alper & Mustafa were particularly helpful. I had a card payment issue with the cab that brought me from the airport and they generously offered to front me cash to pay for it, which was very kind. Saved me and the cab driver a lot of hassle. The hotel is not close to much, as the area is undergoing a lot of development, but it was a doable 15 minute walk to the Başakşehir Gençlik ve Spor İlçe Müdürlüğü Tesisleri, which is where I needed to be, so it was fairly convenient for me. (I did have to walk across 8 lanes of highway to make the trip that short, but I didn't mind. You might.) There were restaurants and groceries around there which was very useful. The apartment itself is pretty new and in good shape. The apartment was very comfortable and I liked my stay. Would happily go there again.

Excellent place nice, quit & every things in this hotel are new. Also all the staff in front desk & other employee were very helpful with best service , some of them speak English. Excellent to stay with most things you need in the room with some kitchen supplies, however the location is very far from center of Istanbul. I am Strongly recommended & will going back to this hotel next summer.

Some of the amenities and items they had shared in the Expedia was totally incorrect. The swimming pool was not ready, they were not helpful and responsive, they did not have a bar, cafe, or restaurant. They also refused to provide me bottles of water and they told me it was a favor of them to provide 2 bottles of water for one time. They did not allow us to use the pool and was not responsible about this problem at all, they only passed me between the staff. Very disappointed. I will not trust the facilities of the places anymore

This property is not a good stay for anyone. They advertise this place as a hotel apartment. They don’t really give you any amenities. I walked in there was only 2 bottles of water given on the table to welcome you. In the bathroom there was no hand soap whatsoever to wash your hands with. They gave you the tiniest bottles of shampoo ones smaller than Airlines give you on planes. They don’t replace the towels, don’t have any cleaning service whatsoever so you will be stuck using the the same sheets, pillows for the duration of your stay. The staff are not good at all, very nonchalant and they bypass your questions and concerns and don’t answer them. They say the staff is there 24/7 to help and accommodate that’s not true. I checked out and told multiple people before hand that I needed to check out at 3am will someone be there to help me book a taxi as well. Talked to 3 different staff members about this, they grabbed my name and the apartment number. When it came to 2:45am and I am leaving no one was there to help me out. The service is a joke, the staff don’t really care at all l. Very poor service. I would not recommend staying here ONLY if you are comfortable buying all your amenities at the nearby market. I’m talking soap, hand wash, body wash, dish soap for your plates and dishes. Laundry detergent for your clothes, toothpaste etc. They advertise this place as a HOTEL apartment, a hotel first. But you were not given any hotel treatment at all quite a shame. STAY AWAY
