"Every review was spot on. Paul, our host, welcomed us to his amazing boutique hotel. Overall this intriguing hotel offered a unique stay and a feast for the eyes! The heated floors and automatic sky lighting was simply amazing comfort additions. Every need from hair dryer, iron, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, and refrigerator were excellent editions to the perfect spot. Upon entering you find yourself in a beautiful secret garden with a small coy fish pond. The paintings and flower allowed your eyes to wonder and dream. Our room offered a jutebox and original artwork to feed the artist in your soul. The space would allow you to entertain if you so desired. The beach was less than a block away and while the area is fairly quiet during the week on the weekend everything become lively but don't worry once you are in hotel garden all is quiet. We can't wait to return! This boutique hotel and the city of Margate is a true GEM!"

"Lovely setting, you become part of history as the building and the square has so much history. Breakfast was freshly cooked and you had many choices if you did not fancy a full English. Ramsgate is a piece of France in the UK with a lovely harbour and fine restaurants to be found. Ramsgate has a lot history and lovely buildings that date back many hundreds of years. Great bus service to plan days in neighbouring villages and towns. "

"The stay was fine fire escape door on first floor which open inwards was blocked by ltems which shouldn't be there "

"The hotel is situated on the A299 about 5 miles from Ramsgate. Although on a very busy road the room was quiet and very comfortable. Check in was from 2pm and we arrived just before then. We were greeted warmly by the reception staffand check in was fast and efficient. Slight issue was that we had requested a twin room and were given a doulble but they changed the room immediately and without question. The room was very comfortable and we were at the back of the hotel so had a view over fields which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of both hot and cold offerings and the hot was HOT. Bar prices are very reasonable and the public areas are well maintained and pleasant."

"Lovely staff very helpful and super friendly. Lovely room the bed was the best I've ever slept in away from home. Breakfast was good had a good selection on the menu. Couldn't fault our stay atall. Very close to the beach just a stroll across the road. "
