"When we first pulled up to the house, we were overwhelmed with the location. The pictures do not truly convey the beauty of the location. It appears in the photos on Verbo that the beach is a bit of a walk. Yet you walk out the back and your 30 paces away!!! Pure serenity. The area this time of year, beginning of Oct, is quite deserted. The beach was quiet and we only saw three couples on the beach our entire stay. Pet friendly is an understatement. The few people we met all had dogs and they all played and body surfed the gulf. I’m talking about the dogs still. Lol. The sunrises were beautiful and at night because there are no street lights or house lights left on due to the nature preserve, you could see every star ever created in the sky. The house is very well kept. Large wood cabinets, rustic leather couches, our king size bed was super comfortable and tv’s in every room and the back porch. That being said, if your going there to watch TV your missing all the beauty of the area. The peace. The quiet. Your a minimum of 40 mins away in any direction from a large town, but there’s a great restaurant, Angelo’s , which was amazing about 5 mins down the road. The house was immaculate and plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, dishes, ect for a full family or more. Great appliances, coffee maker, pots, pans, micro, oven, stove, bbq ect. The host responded almost immediately to any questions I had, and was quiet caring and informing with our stay. This place is a must do. "

"My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Carrabelle, the Villa we stayed in as well the grounds in general were clean and very well kept up. The most memorable thing of the trip would be the staff, the restaurant manager and the server during the days we were there made us feel like we have known them for years. "

"Family of 7 for a two week stay. Our second year at this location and we plan to go back. The layout of the house provides privacy when desired but also a great spot for family time together. The beach is a bit secluded and beautiful, away from the hustle & bustle of areas closer to Panama City. The house is very nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Large refrigerator and separate large freezer provide ample space for stocking up for large groups. Separate Ice maker provided ice for coolers for the beach. Owners are so easy to work with, very attentive/responsive. Great location: Angelos and Tropical Trader Shrimp Co. restaurants are about 15 min drive away and offer great seafood options. Crums is about 14 miles from the house and provided everything we needed for ocean or bay fishing. Mineral Springs seafood by the bay in Crawfordville offers great crab dips and fresh shrimp. "

"It was a magical week at the beach! Shooting stars, watching dolphins swim with morning coffee, catching blue crabs! The house is the most beautiful house I’ve stayed in and out fitted so perfectly. The beach felt like a private beach and the perfect place to allow our dog to be on vacation as well. We plan to come back to this house every year!"

"We absolutely loved this house. It was so peaceful with just a handful of people either way you looked on the beach any day of the week or the weekend. People were so friendly and it felt like heaven on earth. The house had everything you would need and if we ever had a question about anything. We would get a response within minutes. Plenty of room for parking that was shaded which was a plus. It was perfect!!"

"Everything about this property was perfect! House was stocked with all the essentials; extra linens, kitchenware, games, and pool and beach gear. Beautiful location so convenient with the pool and beach right there. Everyone had their own space yet were able to come together for plenty of quality family time. I couldn't get the elevator to work on arrival and they sent someone right over to help. We had a variety of ages and family members in our group from age 5 to 78. Everyone kept saying this is the best vacation they have ever been on. Relaxing, beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable place to stay. Check in and out was a very easy process. "
