Very clean basic room in excellent location, very walkable to restaurants, shops. Beach is directly across hotel with many bars and beach clubs available. Hotel has tranquil outdoor lounge area and restaurant (open to 1pm). Great staff!

Unfortunately it wasn’t great because the bar next door played music intil 6:30am. Imposible to sleep. The bar is open 7 days a week so its a great place to stay id you want to party. The resort and staff are amazing.

The hotel location is excellent- walkable to centre, pier and near Holbox letters. Stunning beach is directly across the street (1 minute walk) and sunsets are spectacular. Staff is excellent. Great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice to start the day (full breakfast available). Rooms are basic but very clean and bed is comfortable. Could hear faint music from neighbouring bar at night but it did not bother us. Would return.

I've stayed at this hotel before and the location can't be beat. There is a loud beach bar fairly close, but the hotel provides earplugs!

A very nice place. Simple and basic, but sincere. The staff and gracious, solicitious and seem sincerely dedicated both to their island to their guests. The internal pathways could use some improvement. They can be iffy at night.

Friendly, helpful and great location

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A storm hit the island while i was there, but they did everything they could to make sure i was safe and fed. They all worked well the next morning to clean up the damage to the front and by end of day, the front of the hotel did not look like a storm came. There is also an inner courtyard to relax quietly if the beach is too windy. Also, there is the little stall market right around the corner and it is a perfect location for being cloee to town and the restaurants/bars. I would love to return to the island and La Diosa one day.

Amazing

La Diosa kali is absolutely amazing. Location is 10/10 Rooms were spotless Noise at night wasn’t bad at all considering location The on-site restaurant was also amazing Oscar at the front desk was, well from choosing our room to being a personal tour guide to recommending restaurants and excursions and getting us taxis, the excellent service just didn’t stop. He came to the restaurant to get us after we had already checked out because he knew what ferry we had to catch for our transfer, and had a taxi waiting for us. No frills rooms, what you see is what you get, but they are very clean. We stayed at 5 star resorts on this same trip and the service here exceeded all.

The staff of this hotel is amazing. They will go out of their way to help you. The hotel is super clean and relaxing. You get free breakfast from their restaurant and it’s such a tasty and delicious meal. The hotel is close to everything. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Couldn’t get a better value. Hard to believe it’s only a 2 star. Honest staff! You feel treated right. I feel some of México doesn’t appreciate tourists but this hotel will try make your stay comfortable and memorable. 5 out of 5.

Location was literally across from the beach, can’t beat that! The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. Bed was comfortable-room was small no dresser or tv. The only thing that was a bother was that it is located next to a club and could hear the music all though the night. Other than that a great place to stay.

The place is simple and comfortable. It’s right in front of the beach and easy access to the main road with lot’s of restaurants and cafes. The only downside is that there is no hot water. When I visited it was rainy day and was a bit uncomfortable taking a cold shower but i’m sure I’m hot days would be ok.

The property is a hop and a skip away from the beach Staff were incredible, if you looking for a homey vibe, look no further. There is a restaurant at hotel which makes it super coinvent. There is a bar next door that places loud music, but hotel provides you with ear plugs if needed. There are several hammocks in the front of the hotel were you can relax and see the ocean. Property is not completely upgraded, but everything else makes up for it

This is really not a "beachfront" hotel as there are structures between itband the beach. Only a partial ocean view from 2nd floor. No electricity in the morning so we were bot able to shower and no AC or fans. Not good! Even worse, hotel would not make any accommodation for the problems or even provide a partial refund. Horrible customer service.
