Hector was very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful quiet vegetated courtyard, delicous breakfast with fresh juices, and tasteful clean tranquil rooms. Definitely recommend a stay here.

This hotel is excellent value; front desk staff (Marcus and Hector) are pleasant and helpful, rooms are clean, modern, comfortable beds, good air conditioning. Daily breakfast is excellent, served by the lovely Luis. They even make their own homemade jams for your toast. I would highly recommend Casa Lumini.
“Divorced eggs”….delicious.
Bikes available to rent, and better quality than some other rust buckets you might find around town.

The team at Casa Lumini are amazing! We booked this for a 1 night transition but it was enough for me to see and feel the careful behind the scene- mostly through our interaction with the hotel staff. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area, within walking distance to beach and town. We had a good night’s sleep. It was a good option for us!

Had an amazing time at casa lumini, Marco and Hector were so helpful and accommodating! Luis in the restaurant was so sweet and had recommended some great spots to check out around the island! The housekeeping staff were very respectful of our things and very attentive to our schedule. Overall area is quiet but walkable to the beach or town. They also provide bikes for rent. 10/10 recommend casa lumini

Wow!!! This stay was incredible. So nice and clean, super accessible, and the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Many reviews you will read come from the previous owners and the new owners have totally reimagined the place. Bike rentals available, amazing staff, especially Marco who is always happy to chat, and it’s really not that far from the center. Couldn’t be happier.

Stayed here for the second time ( previously Casa Margo) and even after changing ownership, the quality, service and cleanliness is right on spot.Great job by Manager and all the staff. Improved amenities since last time ( water fountains outdoors and nespresso coffee machine in rooms) and maintenance of property is awesome, specially in this very saline harsh environment.Close to town but far enough to be Quiet at night ( please keep it like this!) and in overall a great stay.Muchas gracias.

Casa Lumíni in Isla Holbox is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of tranquility and comfort. The accommodations are tastefully designed, providing a cozy atmosphere that invites relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful menu featuring fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were incredible and the service was excellent, making breakfast not just a meal but a true culinary experience to start the day. The hotel is situated a bit farther from the town center, around a 15 minute walk. Theres not much lighting on this side of the island so walking to town and back at night could be a little intimidating. Cabs are available and always seem to be priced at $150 pesos. Overall Casa Lumini is great hotel that I highly recommend

This property is located in the quieter part of Isla Holbox. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown while staying in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants around the block, and the beach is a few blocks away. We'd recommend.

Hotel was nice, it was a bit away from the center part of Holbox where the restaurants and activities are. If that's what you're seeking this place is perfect. Room was small but clean and thoughtfully decorated. The daily breakfast was so wonderful and delicious. overall a great stay, enjoyed our time in Holbox.

This property is pretty well kept. The check in was smooth and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was everything I wanted. The cleaning staff was on point with every request. Breakfast was lovely. If you don’t mind walking a little longer to get to your room, book this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Margot, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was super delicious and the service we received was phenomenal. There’s also a restaurant in the hotel that we went every night for dinner, our waiter Migue was the best, he made sure we were well taking care of and the food was superb. Highly recommended this hotel and we can’t wait to stay with them again.

Cute little boutique hotel. Walking distance to the beach. It’s far from downtown. Not well insulated so you hear a lot of the atvs driving around at night and all the staff in the mornings getting ready for the day. Concierge was very friendly, restaurant staff could have been more pleasant.

I went to celebrate my birthday and just disconnect from the world. To be honest I didn’t expect anything but I was so wrong! The check in was good, my room was ready before the check in time and the attention from Dalia was incredible and outstanding! She helped me a lot for the tours and the schedule for those. And in the end of my stay, they surprised me in the breakfast with a cake for my birthday! Thanks a lot for this unforgettable experience Dalia and Jonathan!! You rock! Definitely I will come back

The sand but there's not much that can be done about it. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I do recommend this hotel. Once the surrounding area are complete, the area will be beautiful. I saw flamingos right outside the main entrance.
