"The staff were very courteous and super helpful for anything that was needed. The food was very good. Don’t usually expect much as it’s resort food, but all of our meals were delicious. The buffet was very good. The hotel has some cosmetic things that could be better finished. Nothing that stands out as anything that would prevent traveling back here. Tons of activities, nice beach area & plenty to do. The pools were just a little chilly. On a hot and sunny day, it was refreshing. Some of the days we stayed were a bit chilly so nobody was wanting to go in the pools. Overall, the experience was great at this resort. "

"Visited with my wife and two you kinds (9 & 4). The rooms were beautiful. The property was amazing. Everything about this place was great. Staff members were super helpful, happy, and friendly. Highly recommend the place. Long story but, I originally only planned on staying here for the last night of our vacation (Sunday night, leave Monday) but, due to weather issues back at home. I couldn’t get a flight home until Thursday. Luckily this place has availability to extend my stay. Very helpful in a tough situation. We did one of the garden rooms the first night without all inclusive (again was supposed to be just one night). We loved the first floor level especially for the four year old. He could just walk out and enjoy the lawn between the pool. Very easy location for the kids without having to deal with an elevator. Remaining nights we had a one bedroom with a king and pull out couch. It was huge. Beautiful spot. We ended up doing the all inclusive for remaining stay and that was a good call. The property is kind of isolated and far from the main part of Cancun so, you are kind of forced to eat on site. However, there are so many food options that are really good. "
