The reception ladies are great, they made me feel welcomed specially that it was my first time in Durban. The security guards was really good, very welcoming as well. "The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly — from the porter to the front desk, right through to the beautiful breakfast service. The waiters were attentive, and the ever-smiling chefs truly made the experience special. I was, however, a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom. The shower glass and walls need more attention. In areas with aluminum joints, I would suggest using a toothbrush to remove the black buildup. The rails could also be wiped down properly to restore that desired shine. Nothing makes a hotel room feel more comfortable than a spotless bathroom.” "
