"The experience started with the rusty old shuttle bus, it arrived so late we had to wait for so long, and the bus says Sonesta so it was confusing to see. We arrived at the hotel after a long wait at the courtesy van location. the hallways are NASTY with trash on the floor, dry mudded shoes prints, we go to our floor and we hear amplified noises of some lady doing the hanky panky on the other side of the hallway.SO LOUD, I'm glad my children weren't present.then we go to our room it was "apparently" clean and looked newly renovated so that was nice. We were so tired that we missed breakfast, we wake up to a group of women chatting very loudly in the hallway and kids playing in the neighbors room that they woke us up. the AC was working, I found dog hair on my pants when I woke up, and I don't own animals. I would not recommend the place and wouldn't come back."

"Room was not clean. Kitchen Sink had sludge in the trap. Continental breakfast was covered in ants. Property had trash everywhere. Doors to property kept jamming forcing you walk around the property to get in the front entrance. The breakfast had only cereal two waffle makers (one of which had a broken timer), cold coffee, and watered down orange drink. This place is horrible."

"It was near work that I must travel to on my own dime from 3+ hours away weekly… they were stacking $300 holds on top of the pre-paid stays, and at one point there were $900 in “holds” total , which was ridiculous. Other hotels in the area hold $50, of no more than $100 for incidentals. It took forever (more than 7-10 days) for the holds to release. I’m staying elsewhere."
