Not at all what you expect from pictures and descr
Paid 120 pen (at check out the wanted 126 with no explanation) which is 80 pen too much for a hotel of this standard. Hotel was supposed to pick us up, nobody came Took taxi to hotel and hotel was closed. After knocking on the door and almost giving up someone opened No hot water in shower No WiFi working except for in the reception Aircon extremely noisy Room smelly Room not clean Does not accept mastercards They use a lot of freshener spray, a lot

Noisy
Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in and so the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Reception seemed pretty clueless every time I tried to communicate with them. Gaps around the glass door let every noise in and thin blinds let the light in, not exactly block out.

Enjoyable stay
I loved staying here. For the price I found it a great value, it was clean, comfortable beds, if you take a/c room you won't have problems with heat. Most rooms have interior looking windows, so you still have light coming in, and the noise is barely perceptible (and I'm a light sleeper). Five stars for the staff- Carlita, Rafael and everyone else goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay! If you're on a budget this is excellent choice, and frankly I've seen rooms im Iquitos costing 3x more and the standard of the room was the same.

Good hotel
Good hotel. I booked an interior room with aur conditioning and would recommend doing so too - quite and cool. Neighbourhood is where several museums are and is nice to walk around. They have free internet but it is Iquitos, so expect it to be slow. Some linens were not clean but were replaced upon our request.

Nothing great....but certainly adequate
I only stayed here one night while waiting for my tour to begin the next day. It was convenient to the sites but not really a prime property. However that said, the location is great and I did want a place close to the main square, and not necessarily a high-end hotel. This place met my expectations and needs.

RECLAMO (devolución del dinero)
Buenos días, Me acerqué al hotel de acuerdo a la reserva que se había realizado y al llegar indicaron que no estaban recibiendo clientes por un accidente dentro del hotel de uno de sus trabajadores. Solicito realizar la devolución del pago realizado con la tarjeta de crédito que ingresé al realizar la reserva. Quedo a la espera de una pronta respuesta. Estoy agradecida y contenta por el servicio del Hotel, fueron gentiles, amables y el servicio fue bastante bueno en limpieza y atención, si vuelvo a Iquitos volvería a quedarme en ese hotel por lo cerca que es de la Plaza de Armas y por su seguridad. Hice algunas consultas para orientarme sobre los lugares turísticos y el personal (Carla, Rafael y Antonio) me brindaron su ayuda. Solo hago la atingencia que el servicio de internet es lento, pero eso es lo de menos porque la diversión está en conocer los hermosos lugares que están afuera del hotel, de esa hermosa ciudad.

Trevligt och centralt hotell.
Mycket trevlig personal! Men bara en av dem talade god engelska, så vi lärde oss hans arbetstider. Rum med balkong vetter mot mycket bullrig trafik. Välj gärna tystare alternativet, balkongen är ändå inte så användbar.

Dear Guest: We thank you for take a time to write a comment. Iquitos is a very noisy city, so almost all our rooms are located inside. We have only two balcony rooms, but these are noisy. No suitable for light-sleepers. That is the reason we ask travelers for their preferences. We hope to see you again and we hope you enjoyed Iquitos and the Peruvian Amazon.

Las fotos que ponen no corresponden a la realidad. El wifi no funciona, la limpieza es insuficiente, el aire acondicionado hace un ruido terrible. Hotel nada recomendable

Le agradecemos por su tiempo en comentar. Las fotos son todas tomadas en la propiedad y en el correo de bienvenida que se le detalló el área de nuestras habitaciones (12 m2 - es la misma área que se indica en el portal web), las características de la habitación y detalles adicionales. El WiFi funciona con normalidad, pero como se le comentó, lamentablemente el Internet de Iquitos es el más lento y menos confiable del Perú. Al ser una ciudad aislada aún no tenemos en Iquitos banda ancha o fibra óptica, es un problema que escapa de nuestra manos. El Internet es intermitente y cuando llueve se pone peor. Respecto a los aires acondicionados estamos en proceso de renovarlos.
