KITCHEN/DINING The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!) The dining area features a beautiful wooden dining table that accommodates up to 6 guests. There is also a high chair located in the main closet to make sure even our smallest guests have a place to sit.

LIVING AREA The Living Room is furnished with a loveseat and a sofa that has the option to pull out into a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. There is also a 55` flat screen TV with Shaw Blue Curve, giving you access to an ample amount of cable channels as well as Netflix and YouTube. Not into TV? No worries. You will find a selection of board games, cards and puzzles located in the entry closet to keep the whole family entertained. The living area also has 2 large balcony windows to let in an ample amount of natural light.
BALCONY The full-sized balcony with propane BBQ and dining set is the perfect place to sit and relax or grill up some steaks while enjoying the mountains and the lake views.
BEDROOMS Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.
BATHROOMS Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

LAUNDRY This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.
PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Communication/instructions were very accurate and easy to navigate. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great as well!
Stayed for one night with my husband and daughter on our way to Kelowna. Host was very responsive and friendly. Home was just as advertised. Would have loved to stay a few more days.
This is a great property closet to the beach and easy walk to downtown (walk is uphill but very doable). Only complaint would have been the strong smell of cigarette smoke.

We had a great stay at this property. Instructions were clear and owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Condo unit is well kept and has a comfortable relaxed feel. Fantastic location, restaurants and shops close by and just short walk to the lake!
We will book again!
Stayed here as a family of 6 with 4 teenagers, quaint and cozy and suited us just fine as we were out and about most of the time. Enjoyed board games on the balcony and family movies in the evening. Super convenient location next to the beach and has pool/hot tub access. Particularly thankful for the AC! Management is easy to get in touch with, so happy we could bring our old dog with us, really enjoyed our summer getaway here.
This is our second time staying at this property and second time we have had a great stay. The location of the property can't be beat and the condo itself has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The property manager is very responsive and pleasant to work with. We will plan to stay again.

I love the property just need some lifting up with new couch and new paint otherwise was clean and close to the lake.
We had a great week at Invermere staying in this condo. The condo was well appointed with lots of little extras to make one feel at home. The location to James Chabot Beach was perfect for an easy beach day and quick run back to the condo if anything was forgotten. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location right beside the park. We accessed it multiple times a day to walk our dog and also enjoyed the access there to the miles of ice cleared to skate!
Disappointed that the hot tub was closed.
Condo unit is cutely decorated and cozy but starting to show some wear including the pull out couch not functioning properly for us.
This was the perfect place for us to stay while visit g Invermere. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, cozy and comfortable. The location was great. We were there in winter and had easy access to the off leash dog park and other hiking trails. It would be an excellent place to stay in the summer is it is walking distance to the beach.
It was an added bonus that our pup could join us!
Check in was seamless as was check out. Definitely a place we would stay again!

One comment is that the bed is not that great as me and my wife slept a few nights and vorh came back home with back pains.

Everything was great! Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Clean. Before arriving I checked on the coffee press as shown in the pictures so I didn’t pack mine cause I love my morning coffee, the host made sure there was one waiting for me.
Great location with good restaurants and beach just a short walk away. Very comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately the pool, hot tub and gym are closed due to COVID-19 but Jerod was quick to remedy the issue. Would recommend to a friend.
