Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules:
1. There is no smoking permitted in the property.
2. Pets under 50lbs will be allowed.
4. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
5. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours after. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub that you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

mountain stay
We stayed for three nights. I knew it was more than we needed but it accommodated us very well. We did use the kitchen, everything we required was there. An excellent location, easy to find and good views. If we go to Invermere we will use VRBO. This house was a little more than we needed, but nothing wrong with it.

Family Ski week
Terrific place to host a family ski vacation at Panorama! Close to grocery, pharmacy and only 21 mins to Panorama. The hot tub was a perfect way to smooth sore muscles at the end of a fun day on the slopes. The beds were comfortable if a little squeaky. The room the the trundle bed was more like a pass through to the family room so I’m not sure I would put a couple in that room but we made it work. Awesome response from the maintenance crew who responded to a small request. Overall and really great holiday at this home!

Close to Panorama and Radium Springs
This place was more than enough room for 7 adults. Just be aware that there is only one bathroom upstairs and there’s a pocket door attached to one of the bedrooms so it may be loud if people wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. The two other bathrooms were located downstairs. We took full advantage of the coffee machine (very convenient) and kitchen. It was a little dim in the kitchen as one of the lights seemed to be out but not the end of the world. We were well stocked with towels and other supplies. The location was great - close to town, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Radium Springs and the ski resort. Definitely recommend visiting Springs! Just be aware that the driveway is a little steep so can get icy in the winter.

Boys ski week
Perfect location to ski Panorama. The place is great. Fully equipped, comfortable beds. We were there during a period of extreme cold. Sadly panorama was closed for 2 days due to the cold. Tv is streaming apps only so the only improvement for us would have been cable tv for news, sports etc. otherwise no complaints. Would highly recommend staying there.

Perfect large family gathering place
Our party of 11 (three families with kids ages 3 to 12) stayed here for 4 nights in late August. This was the perfect gathering place - ample bedrooms and bathrooms, large fenced yard for kids to play in - hot tub was a nice bonus! Property was clean and comfortable, managers were very responsive. Seven minute drive to the beach and only a couple of blocks to grocery and pharmacy. We would definitely rebook.

Family does matter
Had our family aged 12 to 82 together for a week. The house is wonderful with lots of space for people to have their own rooms and to spread out but also open enough that it felt like we were all together. The outdoor space is great; loved the deck and the big backyard. The “fenced” backyard is fenced on 3 sides, not enclosed, so our dog became good friends with the dog and cat next door. Loved the kitchen and BBQ. Enjoyed walking around the area and being so close to the beach and the bakery. Wonderful stay.

A good family spot.
This is a nice house with lots of rooms. The view is great. The patio was great for enjoying evening meals. It is close to walking paths and there are almost always wild life to watch nearby. We had a great time as a family together and certainly got our steps in walking to the bakery and going for ice cream.
