Also has a 55” Roku Smart TV, where you can log into any streaming service you wish. The Wii-U has over 15 games, so you and the family can have some friendly competition and laughs.

PARKING You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.
PANORAMA SHUTTLE The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was cozy, beautifully furnished, and offered a stunning view of the lake — highly recommended!
The host was very friendly and supportive.
We stayed 5 nights and though the weather was cool we loved it. Extremely clean and tidy, kitchen was stocked super well, beds were comfy, the view was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Really appreciated the throws in the living room to snuggle under. Also very quick response by management to questions was greatly appreciated

My family has had a cabin in the valley for 50+ years and was sold six years ago. This is our first visit since then and it was spectacular. The home has everything you could ever need, fantastic location, Central to everything.
Perfectly appointed (nice decor choices especially the paint), lake views, great patio balcony with bbq, spotless top to bottom - and the beds are extremely comfortable. Excellent communication with property management. Hands down the nicest condo we’ve stayed at in the valley.
We loved our stay in Invermere and the thoughtfulness of this unit was a big part of that. Aside from being beautiful, roomy and comfortable, all of the little details put it over the top. From an assortment of games and books to sand toys and floaties, we enjoyed them all! We will stay here again without hesitation.
Lovely clean apartment with a well stocked kitchen, I appreciated some spices and condiments which were left! Laundry which was needed with laundry soap and drier sheets. Beds comfy and all in all a lovely spacious space to stay. Thanks!
We loved this property and its location, with easy walking distance to a park. As seniors travelling with our dog, being on the ground floor with easy access to the outside was ideal. Unit was great with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this unit.
We had a fantastic stay here. The unit has everything you could possibly need, including a heated garage (which was much appreciated during this cold snap). Beds were cozy and comfortable. The condo is quite spacious, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s also located close to the entrance and elevator, which made it easier to bring our luggage and gear in. Very convenient all around. It’s now one of our favourite rentals (and we’ve been to many), would love to return some day!
What a sweet little spot that faces Lake Windermere. The place was quiet, homey, clean and very tastefully decorated. I wish we had booked an extra few nights, maybe we could’ve finished the puzzle! Lots of games available as well. Walking distance to the provincial park and the lake. Enjoyed the deer that walked by the patio each morning and evening. Perfect ‘off leash’ area within the complex for our pooch as well. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed for 2 months, escaping our home reno. Very relaxing - the furniture and décor contribute to this. Spacious with the extra nook beside the kitchen. The view to the beach and the lake is lovely.Things I loved: The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. There are night lights! for those of us who can't see in the dark to get to the bathroom. Plenty of games to keep you occupied. Management responds quickly to messages.Great experience!

Invermere is perfectly located for hot spring hopping to Radium, Fairmont, or the local’s free spot in the stream. Plenty of food and grocery within a 3 min drive.
The owner was quick to respond with any questions.
The condo was beautifully designed and decorated. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of living room so plenty of privacy. The bonus game/study/3rd room was quaint.
Nice to stay in a condo that has kitchen pantry seasonings, oils, basic condiments, coffee, sugar, and laundry soap.
Only Bummer is that beach/pools towels are not provided.
The retro ninentendo and Wii set up was great entertainment on our very very cold days!!! Can’t wait to come back!
