South City Accommodation Unit 3

A brand new unit with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom modern kitchen, and a spacious living area to enjoy.

It also has doubled glazed windows and doors and has sound proofing in the walls in between units. It is warm and sunny and has a deck for you to enjoy a coffee on.

It has everything you need to cook your own meals and a TV with chrome cast so you can watch your favourite shows from your device on the TV screen. We also supply internet for your needs.

Our accommodation is very close to South City where there is a super market a variety of food outlets, bank, post shop and any time machines. It is a 5 minute drive or 30 min walk to Invercargill town center.

Also it is about 5-10 mins walking distance to Southland hospital

This accommodation will provide comfort for you while checking out our beautiful city as you visit our cities parks, restaurants, shops and much much more.

Invercargill is home to the Burt Munro challenge, the transport world motor bike and truck museums, the Tour of Southland and many other events

Invercargill Gem

Great little place to stay over on our travels. Very clean, comfortable and centrally located. First of our Stayz homes to have an electric blanket on the bed. Great little bonus. Very easy check in and we had everything that we needed.

Roomy and nice

Unlike many VRBO’s we have stayed at, that have “stuff” all over the place trying to make it look “homey”, but taking up valuable horizontal surfaces for setting your stuff on, this place is rather spartan. Nothing sitting anywhere, just a few things on the walls. It looks sort of “sterile”. That being said, however, it is a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room for spreading out, making yourself at home. Everything is new, clean, shiny and works! The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The location was good. It was quiet, parking was easy. There were 3 units in this building- all VRBO’s I believe, because when we drove up there were people unloading suitcases from their cars into both of the other units. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to family and friends and look into staying here if we were in the area again.

Confortable, well-equipped unit

The unit was ideal for our weekend stay for our family of 4. Although close to a main road, it was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer in the unit was a real bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very obliging. The only downside was the lack of towel rails for 4 people. Another towel rail or even hooks on the back of the door would have been helpful. Overall though, would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nice, clean unit. Beds were comfy. Lounge furniture could be more comfortable and kitchen stock is very basics. The road behind the units can be noisy.

Unit in South Invercargill

Well appointed new accommodation in South Invercargill. Outside areas still being developed and an outdoor seating area sheltered from rain and wind will be an asset. Johanna communicated immediately when asked a question and the unit provided excellent utilities and amenities for a good price. Thankyou.
