Staff very helpful. Drawback no written explanation of how to work the TV, even staff had problems. Last day TV was out as wifi was down. Bath in family unit should have a gand rail!!

The armchairs you felt like you were sitting on the springs. Although for some people a spa would be nice but the bath was too high to get into to have a shower. Maybe offer the options to the guests. The bed was very comfortable.
