"I especially liked how wild let the outside of the hotel was. It made us feel very safe. The hotel did have a strange smell inside our room. It was too cold to go swimming in the outdoor pool so I don’t know how the condition was. Breakfast was good, but I wish it would’ve had some sort of protein, other than yogurt and milk. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and everything was pretty clean. Overall, I would definitely stay there again because for the price it was a very nice hotel. "

"This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us. "

"I booked 3 rooms so that my family would be together. We were on different floors! One room smelled like carpet glue. We were not aware that the property was undergoing major renovations. I chose to pay at property but when we checked out we were told it was paid in full since my parents and in laws were in 2/3 of the rooms and were going to pay for theirs at the hotel. They could not provide a receipt because we booked through Expedia. When I looked on my Expedia account, it said since I was paying at the hotel, a receipt would be provided at the hotel. It was not. I am waiting to see if my credit card will be charged for all 3 rooms or one. I’ve never had this issue before. Overpriced for quality of stay while under renovation. "

"No do not disturb sign, was told I have to buy one from Walmart. No coffee maker, no soap, no blow dryer. The walls are soooo thing you hear everything!! No privacy, the bed was so bad we had to leave early due to the noise and lack of comfort. This hotel is horrible. "

"Issues started when we had great difficulty getting in to our room due to a loose key card fixture. Problems continued when (after a 11hour drive) i had a cold shower due to NO HOT WATER. The shower handle was broken, spinning around without creating and hot water at all despite letting water run 10 minutes. We tried to call the front desk, but the phones weren’t working either. When my husband went down, they wanted to offer another room but none available. Final straw was a cold breakfast- eggs, sausage etc cold. Needs to say, we cancelled our other nights there. "

"Dumpster under my window was dumped at 3:00 am with truck making repeated loud beeping sounds. Poor insulation between floors making footsteps above loud. "

"The AC in our room stoped working in the middle of the night. The front desk brought us a floor fan that really helped my husband sleep. I think they would have let us switch rooms, but at 3:30a, it seemed like more work and a fan did the trick. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."
