"Suite was spacious, clean. Reception staff were professional & pleasant. Parking garage a plus. Good location. Elevator floor tile is crumbling, concerned about tripping. I requested fresh wash rags 3 times before receiving fresh bath & hand towels—never received the new wash rags. Breakfast is less to be desired & the employee seemed bothered when I requested napkins, forks, a plate, as there weren’t any out (she was sweeping the floors at that time). Fitness center is very minimal—could use less than 10 lb weights & a mat."

"We had a great stay. Staff was super friendly and room was great. Pool was out of service for maintenance but that was communicated up front before we booked and again at check in. We were given an alternate hotel pool that we could use within walking distance. Minor pool construction noise during the day but very quiet at night. Walking distance to several restaurants and piers. Definitely would stay here again."
