My wife and I agreed that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at in our 37 years of travel together. Well done. "The hotel is very charming and right on the Main Street in Interlaken. The room was very good though the mattress was too soft for my taste. The staff was cordial and helpful. Interlaken prices are high so I would say the overall value was good to very good, though not great. Also, the hotel did provide tickets for free bus transportation in town. The included breakfast was very good too."
