"Staff was helpful. Club lounge was a little underwhelming but it was still worth it. Lots of snacks and drinks available ! Our favourite was the Chinese food at the casino. The soap and shampoo they provide in the rooms smell a bit weird so bring your own"

"Room was clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly and great. Just needed a bed and walls and for the price it definitely did that. There nothing fancy but if you just there to sleep I would recommend it. There are other places in Red Deer about the same price that are sketchy as they get. This was good quality for the money. Zero issues, was what I was expecting and was not disappointed. "

"The room was very neat and clean especially the washroom. Staff were so nice and respectful. Breakfast was good and the lady working there as well. Parking was lot of spot to park. It was all good! I will recommend park-hill and suite to my friends. Well done! Will come back for sure!"

"This was a wonderful experience and the only downfall to my time there was the fact that their hot tub was closed for maintenance. I'm not sure if it was broken and needed repair or if it's their annual maintenance however, it would have been nice to have know ahead of time or have had this completed ahead of the high season as a hot tub after a long day would have been icing on the cake. I also wanted to mention that I appreciate the move to sustainability for toiletries however it would be good to have dates written on the various bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion as this means they are being replaced since they have high levels of bacteria levels in them!!"
