Newly remodeled with the guest experience in mind, there’s not a single element that hasn’t been designed to ensure guests create the most amazing memories!!

The Space:
You and your guests will have access to this entire property and the private backyard that sits upon a lake! Front and center lakeside views make for some of the most amazing sunsets! Please note: the lake is not accessible for guests - no swimming, no fishing, no kayaks, and no paddle boards.

Guest Access:
Take a walk around the neighborhood and enjoy all that Terra Lago has to offer! From parks to playgrounds to ducks looking for a snack, this neighborhood lends itself to the perfect family evening stroll!

Guests will not have access to the mailbox, please do not have items shipped/mailed to the house.

The Neighborhood:
Please note all guests will need to be pre-registered for gate access into this beautiful, private neighborhood and have a valid photo ID with them.

Getting Around:
Please use your GPS for the most accurate directions!

Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!
All ride share and delivery drivers have access through guarded gates.

Other Things to Note:
We understand that you may be excited to start your stay sooner than later. To ensure an early check in please put in a request in advance. A $100 fee will guarantee that your beautiful home is ready early for your arrival.

Please note if you would like the pool/spa heated, inquire by reaching out to the host. They need a 24 hour notice to heat the pool/spa and a nightly heating charge will be added.

House Rules
1. We are a drug free home - no excuses will be accepted and 0 tolerance will be followed.

2. No smoking or vaping inside the homes!

3. We do NOT allow pets in our homes. If you would like to reach out to the host directly, arrangements can be (possibly) made and a pet deposit will be required!

4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am!!!

5. We do NOT allow water balloons in the backyards. If they are found in property, guests will be subject to a fine!

6. Please do NOT tamper with the cameras or pool equipment. If guests have questions please reach out to management!
