"Great location close to Delta State University! The property has two restaurants on-site, plus there’s a Mexican restaurant right across the street. Downtown is less than 5 minutes away and offers several great restaurants and places to eat. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"The rooms were super clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice, the coffee; u guys omg- yes best in town. The staff was absolutely AMAZING!! The only thing is the rooms are little small for the price, but I’d take smaller room bc it’s an awesome place with amazing people."

"The staff were very polite. The issue for certain was the repairs being done to the roof and building causing a horrible smell of mold and mildew. If I wasn’t there for a close family members funeral, I wouldn’t have stayed. I had to purchase Lysol and additional products to make the space inhabitable for the two nights because there were limited beds at other places."
