Good for the price. The rooms are decent, as pictured, but our room was missing the lampshades and iron. Not much available for breakfast. Entire staff was friendly and helpful.

Initially given a smoking room. Moved us to a non smoking at our request. But lots of people playing loud music, drinking and arguing and partying. Finally went to manager at midnight and she moved us to a different room. Rest of night uneventful. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles had run out. But great Mexican restaurant next door.

Our room was very dirty. The property seemed run down. Our sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. The water was brown. The door jam to the room was broken and could seen outside when the door was shut. The staff was friendly.

You get what you pay for

The bed and pillows were super comfortable, which was a nice surprise, but the bathtub/shower was a bit stained and lacked a shower curtain. The shampoo and soap bottles were also empty. The breakfast was pretty limited, but at least the coffee was decent.

Check in host was friendly, the condition of the rooms fixtures was terrible, they need to be replaces. The room bed was comfortable and clean.Bath tub mat needed to be replaced it had serve it days. I would suggest to the cleaning crew , Eye check the room walls and ceiling before you leave the room.

Needs to be shutdown or renovated ASAP. My experience this past weekend was horrible and I will NOT book again. Customer service is excellent, however, rooms are NOT clean, roaches everywhere, crickets everywhere, and walls are dirty, moley, and dusty. Also the microwave and fridge had severe rust and looked extremely dirty and smelled sour like it needed cleaning. Ran a bathtub full of water and the water had a dark yellow and brownish look like it was pure sewage water. Also, the room did not have an iron to iron my clothes and remotes for the tv did not work. Towels were not stocked as well. All of this to say, I believe this hotel has potential to be great, but serious renovations are needed to ensure visitor’s experience in Greenville is a good one. Unfortunately, I feel I did not get my money’s worth. If any additional info is needed feel free to reach out to me via email.

The room didnt look clean. The bathroom had dirty rags left in it. Wifi wasn't good. Breakfast was decent. Alot of people coming and going over night. People screaming and fighting.

This property needs major updates. The rooms are terrible!! Missing lap shades, the phone didn't work, no coffee maker as advertised. The bathtub was rusted and the bathroom mirror had black stuff all over it. The refrigerator had rust and peeling black paint all over it. The only thing for breakfast was cereal juice and coffee. The staff was very friendly though.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. However the room that I was issued reeked of “mj”. Luckily I travel with Lysol and air freshener because I would have been high as a kite had I not sprayed. The bathroom wasn’t the best(tub was clogged, vents hadn’t been cleaned, had to unplug the tv to plug the microwave in order to use it, etc.) but I was only there to sleep so it fit the bill because every where else was booked.
