"We had to ask for a new room because our first room had a very overwhelmingly musty smell. Both our daughter & myself are asthmatics and I knew it would cause us issues if we stayed in that room. After requesting a new room, we were quickly assigned a new room on the second floor & had no issues with it. The hotel pool needed some maintenance work but it was ok. The breakfast was great. There were some unruly teenage boys that took over the pool & chased us out of it along with another family with a kid under 10. Then, around 2am, some teenagers ran up & down the hall knocking on doors."

"Not sure why we were charged an extra $50 upon check in. There was no carts for unloading and the front desk made no action to find one. She continued to play on phone. The tile in the shower was cracked. Maintenance did at some point try to fill it but did do with gray caulk instead of white. It makes it appear dirty. Breakfast was amazing!"

"Sheets stained, carpet not completely cleaned. Pool opens 10am not enough time to swim or get to swim before check out. Also closed early. Towels stain, tub looks bad. Irons didn’t work. Outlets didn’t work . Lamps didn’t work or broken before we used the room. "

"The room was impressively spacious, giving plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. It was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the window view—absolutely amazing, with beautiful scenery that made both mornings and evenings especially enjoyable."

"We had a 4 day stay. We did not receive maid service once despite requesting it on 2 occasions. Our towels and hand cloths were not replaced once. We had to go to the front desk each evening on our return to get clean towels. No apologies from staff. Our sink leaked and the shower curtain was too short and water escaped under it. It was constantly like walking around in a high school locker room. There was black mold in the shower area. Both my wifecand I now have an upper respiratory infection. I suspect that it may have been from the substandard cindition of these accommodations. "
