"The Fold was a very nice boutique hotel nestled between the mangroves right on Gulf Blvd. Our one bedroom was very clean and well maintained. The distance to the beach was a short walk across the street. It was quiet with little noise from the road or neighboring rooms. The staff were very friendly. "

"My wife and I have stayed at dozens of beach condos over the years, we found this place in Indian Shores to be special and at the top of our list of favorites. The condo feels like a mini art gallery, well decorated and with wall art and descriptions throughout. We greatly appreciated all the little bonus amenities like paper towels, soaps, coffee k-cups, etc that helped save what you normally have to purchase. The balcony offers a great view and the tall furniture allows you really enjoy the scenery without looking through railing. I would book again."

"We had a great stay! The place was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 in our family. Only suggestion we had was to have one more comfortable chair in the family room. There was enough seating, but two of the chairs were director style and not super comfortable to sit for an extended time and watch a movie. The beach towels were super, wish I coud find those for our personal home. Plenty of beach chairs and other beach supplies to use. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful vacation!"

"Staff was very friendly. There were no rooms on the first floor, they were all being remodeled. No elevator to the 2nd floor. Was a little rough getting up and down the stairs from recent back surgery. The room was clean except for under the beds and around the molding on the refrigerator. Overall it was a nice place and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. "

"Stunning views! We sat on the large patio often to enjoy the gorgeous views! The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Parking was extremely convenient. When I contacted the host , it took a couple days for a response. We had no issues, just a question. I’m sure if we had an issue, we could have called and gotten a response. I’d definitely stay here again!!"

"The view was beautiful and we saw dolphins off the balcony every morning! Indian shores coffee was a 5 minute walk and had great drinks! "

"This is our second trip to this condo complex, but first time in this unit. The condo was very well appointed with lots of great amenities (especially for kids), a lovely beach view from the balcony, and plenty of space for our group (4 adults and 2 children). The location is also wonderful with many close restaurants (checkout Guppy's on the Beach!) and right on the beach.Fair warning if you are looking to book right now (fall 2025) there is a good amount of construction in the area which can be disruptive. However the owner was more than accommodating and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again on future stays and look forward to seeing the whole area revitalized after this off-season! "
