While there is no concierge, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I received quick responses to any questions. Close to shopping and tons of dining options. Block away from Reading Terminal. Short walk to the subway to head out to the stadiums. Highly recommend and we will be back."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!"
